ICM Solutions seeks a hands-on Branch Manager to lead a Phoenix, AZ equipment dealership, driving safety, uptime, and profitability. You will guide Parts and Service teams, recruit and develop staff, and ensure seamless coordination with Sales and Rental to deliver a top-tier customer experience.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree preferred.
• 7+ years of direct managerial and team-building experience.
• Ability to recruit, train, manage, and mentor a high-functioning team.
• Self-starter with motivation and ability to work independently.
• Strong critical thinking to solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
• Financial literacy and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead all branch operations with responsibility for safety, customer satisfaction, employee engagement, operational performance, and profitability.
• Direct and support Parts and Service teams, fostering accountability, teamwork, continuous improvement, and customer service.
• Recruit, coach, develop, and retain employees with clear expectations and performance standards.
• Oversee shop and field service operations for timely, high-quality repairs to maximize customer uptime.
• Manage service scheduling, technician workload, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency.
• Serve as primary escalation point for customer concerns and resolutions.
• Oversee parts operations including inventory management, shipping, receiving, and availability.
• Partner with Sales, Rental, and Service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and growth.
• Drive operational improvements to increase productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards for safety, organization, and facility appearance.
