Job summary

Integrated Protection Services in Lexington, KY, is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to lead the branch’s day-to-day service, administrative, warehouse, and operational activities. You will coordinate technician schedules, review timecards, manage receiving and inventory, and support branch reporting, budgeting, and purchasing.

As the second-in-command for daily operations, you will help ensure staff, materials, and branch resources are used safely, efficiently, and profitably.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, operations, construction management, or a related field preferred.
• Three or more years of experience in branch operations, service coordination, construction administration, warehouse operations, field service, or a related environment preferred.
• Prior experience coordinating or directing the daily work of technicians, field employees, or service personnel preferred.
• Working knowledge of scheduling, timecard review, purchasing, receiving, inventory control, billing support, budgeting, and WIP reporting.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, problem-solving, and follow-through skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively with field employees, customers, vendors, and internal departments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn IPS business, service, accounting, and inventory systems.
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record and the ability to meet IPS vehicle-policy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technician schedules and service calls to support timely customer response.
• Review and approve technician timecards and related documentation for accuracy, completeness, and timely submission.
• Assist with branch budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and expense tracking.
• Receive purchase orders, verify quantities and documentation, and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain organized branch records including service documentation, purchasing records, and paperwork.
