Job summary

East Coast Metal Distributors is seeking a Branch Operations Leader in Sanford, NC to supervise inventory accuracy, customer service, and daily branch performance. You will coordinate shipments, transfers, and vendor communications while ensuring efficient delivery scheduling and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain and audit branch inventories and ensure accuracy of shipments and transfers.
• Oversee branch staff performance and provide guidance; participate in training as needed.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and in person; maintain delivery schedules.
• Visit customers to assess needs and identify sales opportunities.
• Process payroll and handle HR-related documents; coordinate with Corporate HR.
