Job summary

DSG Supply, located in Fargo, ND, is seeking an Operations Manager for a full-time hourly role. You will lead branch operations, ensure service and responsiveness to customers, suppliers, and employee-owners, and drive process improvements.

Key responsibilities include managing pricing, rebates, vendor returns, inventory, and open orders, while maintaining a secure, professional branch environment and supervising staff.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma; college degree in related field preferred.
• Experience working within the company and with our programs, processes, and procedures.
• 5 years of experience in distribution, the industry and/or a related field.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and find solutions to problems; ability to decide and follow up.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update pricing profiles/contracts upon approval.
• Manage the supplier rebate process.
• Manage the vendor return process.
• Submit inventory credits and freight claim credits.
• Review and maintain customer open orders to ensure needs are met.
• Follow up with sales staff on open orders and backorders.
• Identify and recommend process improvements.
