Qualifications

• Proficiency with Solar/Eclipse ERP software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Power BI.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong writing, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the direct liaison between sales and operations teams.
• Drive project execution to improve warehouse operations and logistics.
• Manage facility maintenance needs for the Warehouse.
• Manage branch inventory in collaboration with RVP, Branch Manager and teams.
• Coordinate transfers between Warehouse and branches.
• Monitor daily backlog to ensure timely order release.
• Support warehouse layout, organization and storage needs with supervisors.
• Review inventory adjustments & corrections and report findings.
