Job summary

Atlantic Squared Supply, LLC in Raleigh, NC is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our roofing and building materials distribution branch. You will oversee inventory, warehousing, fleet/logistics, and order fulfillment while driving sales with contractors and builders.

You will partner with the District Manager to execute growth initiatives, monitor market conditions and margins, and coach a high‑performing team focused on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in roofing, siding, or building materials distribution.
• Strong understanding of contractor sales cycles, jobsite logistics, and distribution operations.
• Experience driving sales growth and profitability in a competitive market.
• Hands-on leadership style with ability to manage warehouse and sales functions.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Financial acumen with budgeting, P&L, and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of branch operations in a high-volume roofing and building materials distribution environment.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of roofing products to meet contractor jobsite schedules.
• Drive branch sales by developing relationships with roofing contractors, builders, and key accounts.
• Collaborate with District Manager to execute strategic growth initiatives.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and operational plans with a focus on safety and efficiency.
