QXO's Summer Internship Program is a 12-week, structured development experience designed to give students meaningful, hands‑on exposure to a fast‑paced, results‑driven organization while building the skills and experience needed to launch their careers.

Interns contribute to meaningful business initiatives, work alongside experienced QXO professionals, and gain firsthand insight into how their role and team support QXO's broader business and operational goals.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation date between Winter 2027 and Spring/Summer 2028.
• Academic focus relevant to the internship area or demonstrated interest in business.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional interactions.
• Analytical mindset with curiosity and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meaningful projects and day-to-day branch priorities.
• Gain hands-on exposure to branch operations including sales, service, inventory, logistics, and other core activities.
• Work with leaders to understand customers, products, markets, and priorities.
• Take ownership of assigned work and use data to improve processes and branch performance.
• Engage in team meetings and cross-functional activities to see how operations connect to broader goals.
• Assist in initiatives focused on sales growth and process improvement.
• Build relationships with fellow interns and leaders while developing business and leadership skills.
• Seek feedback to strengthen performance and participate in a final project addressing a business opportunity.
