Job summary

Interns will learn the Republic Way, engage in regional meetings, and develop skills in sales, customer service, and regulatory requirements. The position pays $15 per hour and requires 18–20 hours per week, with eligibility for licensing training.

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Willing to work a minimum of 18-20 hours per week.
• Eligible for insurance licensing after background checks and pre-employment screening.
• Must pass criminal background history, credit history and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Learn daily branch operations and loan processes.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings and funding tasks.
• Spend time with Manager/Regional VP to understand promotional path.
• Attend regional meetings/workshops to gain exposure to Branch Operations.
• Contribute to process-improvement projects within Branch Operations.
• Gain exposure to corporate roles like Audit, Compliance, Training, Recruiting, etc.
