Job summary

Republic Finance is seeking an Intern for our Branch Operations program in Anderson, SC. The internship is 100% onsite and focuses on Finance/Business concepts, including loan processes, compliance training, and customer service. Interns are paid $15.00 per hour and may transition to full-time employment after graduation.

The role offers hands-on experience across branch operations, plus exposure to leadership training, regional meetings, and process improvement projects within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must be able to work 18-20 hours per week.
• Eligible for insurance licensing upon background check.

Responsibilities

• Learn daily branch operations and loan processes.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings and funding tasks.
• Attend regional meetings to understand the Branch Operations division.
• Participate in process improvement projects within branch operations.
• Explore corporate roles where branch experience is valued.
