Republic Finance in Louisiana is offering a Branch Operations Intern program for current juniors or seniors pursuing Finance or Business. You will learn daily branch operations, customer service, and the broader organization, including loan processes, compliance training, and potential career paths.

The internship is 100% onsite and pays $15.00 per hour, with a goal of full-time employment after graduation.

Qualifications

Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
Ideal candidates will be eager to learn, enthusiastic, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
Must be able to work a minimum of 18–20 hours per week.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Must meet criminal background, credit history and pre-employment drug screen requirements.
Eligibility for insurance licensing based on background check.

Responsibilities

Learn day-to-day functions of a branch and broader organization.
Assist in loan origination, processing, closings and fundings, including doc prep and file audits.
Spend time with Manager and Regional VP to learn promotional paths.
Attend regional meetings/workshops to gain exposure to the Branch Operations division.
Learn about branch operations process improvement projects.
Overview of corporate roles where Branch backgrounds are valued.
