Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is seeking a Branch Ops Intern who is currently a junior or senior studying Business or Finance. The program provides hands-on exposure to loan processes, customer service, compliance training, and leadership development.

The internship is 100% onsite in Baton Rouge, with a $15.00 per hour pay rate and a path to full-time employment after graduation, depending on program performance.

Qualifications

• Must be a current college junior or senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Eager to learn, enthusiastic and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work 18-20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Learn loan origination, processing, closings and funding workflows.
• Assist in daily production of loan files and regulatory training.
• Understand promotional paths through meetings with managers and leaders.
• Participate in branch operations process-improvement projects.
