Regional Finance Corporation of Wisconsin is seeking a Branch Operations Intern to help grow the branch’s business and learn the consumer finance industry. You will work to build customer relationships and support loan product discussions.

The role requires a sophomore–senior college student with flexible availability (16–25 hours/week) and a willingness to obtain required licenses. Training and hands-on experience pave the way to future advancement.

Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled full-time in an accredited college program (sophomore–senior).
• Flexible schedule while working between 8 and 25 hours a week.
• Must pass pre-employment assessment, drug screen, credit, and criminal background checks.
• Must be eligible and willing to obtain all required certification and licenses.

Aufgaben

• Complete training program within the required timeframe.
• Learn about personal loan products to guide customers toward informed decisions.
• Establish and build customer relationships through exceptional service.
• Develop and deliver consolidation options for customers.
• Learn how to underwrite loans and assist in delinquency-related tasks.
• Support outbound outreach to former customers and assist in loan closings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Branch Manager.
