Qualifications

• Must be a current college junior or senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Ideal candidates are eager to learn, enthusiastic, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to work 18–20 hours per week.
• Must meet background, credit checks and pre-employment drug screen requirements.

Responsibilities

• Learn daily branch operations and loan process through hands-on experience.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings and funding tasks.
• Attend regional meetings to gain exposure to the Branch Operations division.
• Support process improvement projects and learn about corporate roles related to Branch Ops.
