Qualifications

• Must be a current Junior or Senior pursuing a Business, Finance, or related field.
• Ideal candidates are eager to learn, enthusiastic, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to work 18–20 hours per week.
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Background check, credit history review, and pre-employment drug screen may apply.
• Eligibility for insurance licensing may be required in some contexts.

Responsibilities

• Learn daily operations of a branch and assist in loan origination, processing, closings, and funding.
• Participate in accelerated training to learn loan processes and regulatory requirements.
• Attend regional meetings/workshops to gain exposure to the Branch Operations division.
• Support process improvement projects within Branch Operations and related departments.
