Qualifications

• Must be a current college junior or senior pursuing a Finance or Business focus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Ability to commit to 18–20 hours per week.
• Eligibility to participate and be licensed for insurance products is required.

Responsibilities

• Learn daily branch operations and the Republic Way approach.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings and funding tasks.
• Spend time with Manager and Regional VP to understand career paths.
• Attend regional meetings/workshops to gain exposure to Branch Operations.
• Participate in branch operations process improvement projects.
• Learn about corporate roles where branch experience is valuable.
