Job summary

Partner Colorado Credit Union is seeking a Branch Associate to assist the Branch Manager with daily operations, achieve growth and ensure high levels of member service. You will support MSRs/ASRs, handle member transactions, and maintain cash controls in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a college degree or equivalent experience and at least three years in financial services, with strong knowledge of banking procedures and compliance.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent training/work experience requiring strong knowledge of management techniques and financial products and services.
• At least three years financial service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in branch operations and production to achieve growth, sales and service targets.
• Provide on-the-spot coaching to branch staff; advise MSR/ASR on member needs and transactions; resolve service issues.
• Balance cash drawers and no/out-of-balance situations; maintain records of errors; ensure branch audits are performed.
• Assist with community development, SEG outreach, and local business partnerships; participate in community events.
• Train new staff; monitor cash staff performance; ensure adherence to policy and security procedures.
