Partner Colorado Credit Union is seeking a Branch Operations Associate to assist the Branch Manager in daily operations, production goals, and community initiatives. You will coach MSR/ASR staff, handle member inquiries, balance cash, and ensure security and audit compliance.

The role requires a college degree or equivalent experience and at least three years in financial services, with strong knowledge of policy and security procedures. Occasional travel to branch locations is possible.

• At least three years financial service experience.
• Knowledge of branch policies and security procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in branch operations and production to hit growth, sales and service targets.
• Provide on-the-spot coaching to branch staff and handle member escalations.
• Balance cash drawers and assist with audits and security procedures.
• Process financial transactions and ensure accuracy of checks and posting totals.
• Support community development efforts and manage staff scheduling.
