Job summary

Security 101 is seeking a Branch Coordinator in Minnesota to manage data processing, order processing, scheduling, and warehouse duties in a business casual environment.

The role is full-time with an hourly wage of $25.00–$28.00 and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, prescription coverage, life and disability insurance, 401(k) match, paid holidays and PTO.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in an office administrative environment.
• Proficient in MS Office suite.
• High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Tracking inventory and staging parts for the technicians.
• Responsible for Fleet Vehicles and maintenance schedules.
• Responsible for purchasing for parts inventory and office supplies.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and achieve deadlines under pressure.
• Requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written, organizational skills, both analytical and problem solving.
