Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Branch Operations Lead in Morristown to oversee daily branch activities, lead a team, and ensure customer experience aligns with our promises. You will partner with the Branch Manager, guide staff, and enforce banking policies while promoting self-service options.

The role requires 1+ year of retail banking experience, weekend/evening availability, and a commitment to compliance. Training is provided to prepare you for placement.

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure an exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build relationships.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices (cash vault, ATM) and resolve issues per policy.
• Engage clients with clear communication and assist with check-in and queue management.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and personalized support.
• Promote self-service options to allow 24/7 account access.
• Support branch operations with loss control, compliance, and audits.
