Job summary

QXO seeks a Branch Manager to lead branch operations, oversee sales and administrative functions, and drive profitability within the local region. You will coordinate budgeting, staffing, and process improvements while aligning with company strategy and safety standards.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of supervisory experience in industrial sales, strong negotiations, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a related field.
• Experience in sales and account management within this region, especially with General Contractors and an industrial customer base.
• Solid understanding of P&L management to achieve business plans and financial targets.
• Highly developed verbal, written, and auditory communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and provide exemplary service to customers and associates.
• Direct and manage all branch operations and resources to maximize profits.
• Supervise all branch activities including sales, admin, expenditures, and warehouse/shop operations.
• Use planning, budgeting, and financial controls to determine resources and long-range planning.
• Partner with other organizations to enable a strong, efficient business.
• Manage branch Profit and Loss statements and overall operations.
