Job summary

F.N.B. Corporation is seeking an Operations Oversight Specialist in Pittsburgh to monitor branch controls and ensure SOX compliance. The role includes in-person reviews across the footprint, with travel as needed.

You will support ARP certification, help branches resolve reconciliation issues, and draft communications to leadership. This position requires strong project management and customer service skills, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 3 years of job-related experience is required.
• Strong project management, communication, organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint; BYOD participation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Performs in-person branch reviews; scope determined by risk scoring metrics.
• Report results; address gaps with Retail Leadership for remediation.
• Provide ARP certification support for SOX compliance.
• Assist branches with reconciling out-of-balance situations and GL issues; manage cash levels.
• Draft communications to Retail market leadership; identify process improvements.
