Job summary

F.N.B. Corporation is seeking a Retail Support Representative to assist with complex branch issues and ensure consistency of information through the HELP Line and department mailbox.

You will answer calls and emails, provide functional guidance on ARGO and related systems, and support training materials for branch staff. Reporting to the Supervisor of Retail Support, you will participate in branch openings, consolidations, closings, and acquisitions, coordinate with vendors, and help manage cash

Qualifications

• High School or GED is required.
• 1 year of related job experience is required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and thorough.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with basic PC software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, courteous frontline assistance via the HELP Line and department mailbox and guide on ARGO and related systems.
• Support branch openings, consolidations, closures, and acquisitions; coordinate with vendors and manage cash logistics.
• Act as liaison to ensure compliance with Beneficial Ownership, CIP and operational procedures; review required documents.
• Participate in departmental and cross-functional projects as assigned.
