Job summary

First Pacific Bank is seeking a Client Services Manager II to oversee the staff and daily branch operations, including new accounts, servicing, and customer service excellence. You will collaborate with the VP/Regional Operations Manager to train staff and ensure process quality.

The role emphasizes supervision of a small team, adherence to regulatory controls, and safe, efficient branch performance, with responsibility for opening/closing, security, and daily cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Provides guidance and supervision to Operations staff; trains and cross-trains; schedules hours; monitors workflow and accuracy; enforces controls.
• Maintains understanding of organizational structure; collaborates to meet goals.
• Ensures superior customer service for internal and external customers.
• Supports VP/Regional Operations Manager with audits; leads and trains staff to follow policies.
• Coordinates operations service and maintenance activities; supports joint decisions on banking actions.
• Protects the bank against fraud by following policies; stays updated on bank policies.
• Understands and supports bank philosophies, products, services, and goals; demonstrates commitment to staff and public.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory issues (Reg CC, BSA, Reg E, etc.).
• Assists with day-to-day operations (Teller, Wires, New accounts, adjustments, etc.).
• Processes levies and attachments promptly.
• Investigates branch or teller differences.
• Opens and closes branch; conducts security checks.
• Opens and closes vault.
• Exercises signing authority; approves checks for encashment/deposits.
• Reviews and reports CTRs for the branch.
• Prepares for BSA reporting of unusual activity.
• Completes training courses by due dates.
• Maintains professional conduct and integrity.
• Performs duties safely.
