Job summary

United Business Bank is seeking an experienced Assistant Client Service Manager for our Crawford Office. The ACSM will oversee daily branch operations, back up the Client Service Manager, and support cross-selling of products and services to clients.

Responsibilities include reviewing reports, solving processing issues, and assisting with branch administration projects, while ensuring courteous, efficient, and professional service to clients.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 3+ years banking experience in Operations is required.
• Knowledge of Teller, New Account and Operations procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day branch operations and support the Client Service Manager in their absence.
• Cross-sell bank products and services and assist staff in cross-selling efforts.
• Review management reports and daily callbacks; resolve processing issues and assist with branch projects.
