Job summary

United Business Bank is seeking an experienced Client Service Manager for our Los Angeles office. The role focuses on day-to-day branch leadership, operations, and exceptional client service within a retail banking environment.

The CSM leads staff, manages teller operations, deposits, and new accounts while ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. A minimum of 3+ years in retail or branch banking and prior leadership experience are required.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of retail or branch banking experience.
• Prior leadership or people-management experience preferred.
• Experience with teller operations and consumer and business deposit accounts.
• Strong knowledge of branch banking operations, teller functions, and deposits.
• Working knowledge of banking regulations and operational controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of an assigned branch and ensure compliance with policies.
• Develop team, manage staffing, coaching, and employee development.
• Support client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Oversee deposit, teller, new accounts and other branch activities efficiently.
• Balance branch profitability with regulatory adherence and risk controls.
