Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent.
• Registered and licensed in the NMLS as required by the S.A.F.E. Act with a satisfactory background check.
• Valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets the bank’s standards.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and business partners.
• Train and coach a team using strong decision‑making under Banking Center leadership.
• Operate as an effective communicator, motivating others while addressing needs and concerns.
• Promote products, services, and digital solutions to clients.
