Strong customer service and leadership are essential for success in this role. The position requires prior banking management experience and a deep understanding of bank procedures and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of teller, new account and operations procedures.
• Strong understanding of banking regulations and standard practices.
• Minimum 5 years bank experience; prior management experience.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; ability to operate office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide and manage the efficient, effective and accurate performance of all branch operations.
• Cross-sell bank products and services; support staff in cross-selling efforts.
• Train and supervise staff in assigned duties and responsibilities.
• Review management reports and daily callbacks; process insufficient funds and overdraft accounts.
• Assist Regional Branch Administration and Directors with duties and projects as requested.
• Ensure prompt, courteous, and professional service to clients at all times.
