Job summary

Community Banks of Colorado is seeking an Assistant Banking Center Manager to lead a team and deliver exceptional service in Colorado. You will develop relationships with clients and partners, introduce new products and digital solutions, and demonstrate knowledge of mortgage, business, and installment loan options.

You will train staff, maintain guidelines and policies, handle multiple tasks, and collaborate across departments while upholding the bank’s standards of integrity and client care.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent.
• NMLS registration and license as required by the S.A.F.E. Act and NBH’s compliance policies, including a satisfactory background check.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets the bank’s driver standards; a Motor Vehicle Report will be verified.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach a team using strong decision‑making skills under Banking Center leadership.
• Operate as an effective communicator, stimulating and motivating others while being aware of their needs and concerns.
• Develop relationships with business partners and clients, introducing new products, services, and digital solutions.
• Assist other departments as needed, building rapport with clients and colleagues while treating everyone with respect and consideration.
