Job summary

Tinker Federal Credit Union in Oklahoma City is seeking a Branch Operations Assistant to provide high-quality member service, process basic transactions, and support sales efforts. The role emphasizes confidentiality, safety procedures, and teamwork, with a non-exempt, full-time schedule Monday through Friday and rotating Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Consistently providing an atmosphere of high-quality member service.
• Supporting credit union sales efforts and performing basic transactions for members with regard to products and services.
• Consulting with members and providing solutions to match their needs.
• Projecting a positive image as representative for the credit union in receiving visitors and guests.
• Completing various tasks within the branch including but not limited to answering phones, processing mail, and working as a safe deposit representative.
• Ensuring all information and transactions regarding credit union members are kept confidential and ensuring established security procedures are followed.

Tinker Federal Credit Union’s Oklahoma City Northeast 23rd Street branch has an immediate opening for a Branch Operations Assistant! Responsibilities

• Consistently providing an atmosphere of high-quality member service
• Supporting credit union sales efforts and performing basic transactions for members with regard to products and services

Salary Range

This is a non-exempt position. The starting hourly rate is $20.00 per hour; however, actual placement within the range will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity.

Schedule

Approximately Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, rotating Saturdays 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM

Education/Experience

You must have a high school diploma or equivalent and one-year applicable work experience in a related position is preferred. Financial institution experience preferred.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

• Incumbent Bonding REQUIRED by TFCU’s chosen authority
• TFCU University certification required and completed
