Tinker Federal Credit Union is seeking a Senior Vice President, Product and Experience to lead our product strategy, digital experiences, and technology-enabled solutions in Oklahoma. You will align products, channels, and services with strategic growth goals and member needs.

In this role, you will drive enterprise-wide experience transformation, guide cross-functional teams, and use data-informed decisions to fuel engagement and sustainable growth within a major financial institution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of progressive experience in product ownership and strategy within a financial institution.
• Three of the ten years must be in supervisory or management roles.
• Applicable work or military experience may substitute education at two years per one year.

As a Senior Vice President, Product and Experience, you will be responsible for the following:

• Driving strategic leadership for the credit union's product strategy, digital experiences, technology-enabled solutions, and enterprise experience initiatives.
• Leading the enterprise vision for user and member experience transformation, ensuring products, channels, technologies, and services align with strategic objectives, growth priorities, and user and member needs.
• Through innovation, digital advancement, and data-informed decision-making, this role drives engagement, organizational performance, and sustainable growth.

Salary Range:

This is an exempt position. The starting salary is $220,933.26 however, actual placement within the range will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity.

Education/Experience:

A bachelor’s degree and ten years of progressively responsible experience in product ownership, product strategy, experience management, digital solutions, or related functions within a financial institution are required, three of which must have been in a supervisory or management role.

Applicable work experience and/or military experience may be substituted for education at the rate of two years of experience for one year of education.

In order to be successful as a Senior Vice President, Product and Experience, you must possess these qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge of product management, member experience strategy, and enterprise transformation principles.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate strategic opportunities, balance competing priorities, and make portfolio investment decisions based on member value, business impact, risk, and organizational objectives.
• Extensive expertise in digital banking platforms, systems, and best practices, with a deep understanding of digital and member engagement strategies.
• Strong analytical, technical, and leadership capabilities to guide enterprise product strategy, member experience transformation, and technology-driven innovation.
• Strong knowledge of consumer and business financial products, lending practices, payments, and member service delivery models.
• Ability to lead organizational adoption of digital capabilities, technology solutions, and member engagement strategies through effective change leadership and stakeholder engagement.
• Comprehensive understanding of credit union services, policies, and procedures, with thorough knowledge of relevant federal and state regulatory requirements.
• Strong understanding of financial performance drivers, regulatory compliance, operational risk management, and governance practices within a financial institution.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, interpersonal, and executive influence skills, enabling effective leadership of cross-functional teams and alignment of stakeholders around strategic objectives.
• Demonstrated success in leading strategic planning and execution within financial institutions, including product ownership, experience transformation, innovation, and technology-enabled solutions.
