Job summary

Tinker Federal Credit Union's Norman West branch has an immediate opening for a Part-Time Teller. You will provide a wide variety of TFCU services to members, promote products, and assist members with current promotions while greeting them as the face of the credit union.

Starting hourly rate is $20.00/hour, with placement based on experience and internal salary equity; schedule is Monday-Friday with Saturday hours. High school diploma or equivalent and one year of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of related work experience preferred.
• Financial institution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a wide variety of TFCU services to members.
• Promote credit union products and services to members by various methods.
• Guide new and existing members on credit union services with emphasis on current promotions.

As aTeller, you will be responsible for the following:

• Providing a wide variety of TFCU Services to members
• Responsible for the promotion of credit union products and services to members by various delivery methods
• Providing guidance to new and existing members in regard to the various credit union services with an emphasis on all current promotions
• Serving as the face of the credit union, greeting members and offering assistance as a needed, while following all standard operating procedures

Salary Range:

This is a non-exempt position. The starting hourly rate is$20.00/hour; however, actual placement within the range will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity.

Schedule:

10:45 AM - 3:00 PM Monday-Friday & approximately 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM every Saturday

Education/Experience:

You must have ahigh school diploma or equivalent which is requiredand one-year applicable work experience in a related position is preferred. Financial institution experience preferred.

• Previous Bank Teller experience from a bank or credit union is preferred

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

• Incumbent Bonding REQUIRED by TFCU’s chosen authority
• Complete regulations training
• TFCU University certification required and completed

• Knowledge of policies and procedures as well as k nowledge of TFCU products and services
• Organizational skills and attention to detail to work multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations as well as k nowledge of privacy procedures, confidentiality guidelines and cash handling standards
• Symitar navigation, NCR/Enterprise systems, Reg CC, Reg DD, Reg J, Deluxe, Home Branch Messaging, MoneyGram, InfoImage, Co-Op locator, Synergy, QuickAssist, and Reg E Monetary Instrument log
• Ability to use and maintain basic, fundamental office equipment
