This role requires a customer‑driven leader who can coach staff, meet monthly sales goals, handle cash operations, and stand in for the manager when needed. You will collaborate with other departments to deliver Legendary Service.

Qualifications

• Oversee daily operations and sales at the branch.
• Promote bank products and services to customers.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations including Bank Secrecy Act and information security.
• Coach and motivate staff to achieve sales and service goals.
• Act as liaison in branch manager's absence.

Responsibilities

• Open and close facility, balance teller drawer, and perform branch audits.
• Provide Legendary Service to customers and employees.
• Lead as a positive example and supervise operations and sales.
• Respond to customer and staff needs, ensuring efficient service levels.
• Communicate branch activities to the Branch Manager and other departments.
