Job summary

Central Bank in Warrensburg is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the on-site retail banking team, drive sales performance, coaching routines, and branch scorecard execution. You will coach the Warrensburg team and ensure customer-focused service aligned with bank policy and regulatory requirements.

Responsible for managing the Assistant Branch Manager, Universal Bankers, and Tellers, delivering legendary service, expanding customer relationships, and supporting market-wide sales priorities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing a retail banking, financial-services, or comparable customer-facing sales team.
• Strong sales leadership and coaching skills, including ability to set measurable expectations and diagnose gaps.
• Thorough knowledge of bank products, services, referral opportunities, and customer needs-based conversations.
• Excellent verbal, reading, and written communication skills with collaboration across diverse teams.
• Willingness to assume additional responsibilities and requirements such as driving and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide Comprehensive Branch Leadership: manage daily priorities, staffing, workflow, and branch readiness.
• Drive Sales, Coaching, and Scorecard Results: lead sales execution, set expectations, and coach regularly.
• Deliver Legendary Service and Relationship Growth: build customer relationships and support retention and growth.
• Lead and Develop the Retail Team: manage A/B Manager, Universal Bankers, and Tellers; recruit and develop staff.
• Maintain Operational and Risk Oversight: ensure controls, audits, cash handling, and compliance.
• Support Market Retail Sales Leadership: translate market priorities into branch routines and coaching.
• Perform Other Duties: handle projects, coverage, and additional responsibilities.
