Central Bank in Warrensburg is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the on-site retail banking team, including the Assistant Branch Manager, Universal Bankers, and Tellers. This role focuses on sales leadership, coaching, and delivering a consistent branch experience that aligns with market objectives.

The Branch Manager will own scorecard execution, monitor activity, provide timely feedback, and drive deposits and relationship growth while ensuring compliance and risk oversight.

Responsibilities

• Provide Comprehensive Branch Leadership: Manage all aspects of the Warrensburg retail banking team, establish daily priorities, coordinate staffing, and ensure branch readiness.
• Drive Sales, Coaching, and Scorecard Results: Own branch-level sales execution, set monthly/weekly/daily expectations, and coach staff to meet scorecard goals.
• Deliver Legendary Service and Relationship Growth: Model exceptional service, build customer relationships, resolve complex concerns, and support retention and growth.
• Lead and Develop the Retail Team: Directly manage the Assistant Branch Manager, Universal Bankers, and Tellers; recruit, onboard, train, and develop staff.
• Maintain Operational and Risk Oversight: Ensure branch operations, controls, audit readiness, security, cash handling, compliance, and risk management.
• Support Market Retail Sales Leadership: Collaborate with Market Retail Sales Manager to translate market priorities into branch routines and coaching.
• Perform Other Duties: Take on additional responsibilities to support the Warrensburg branch and broader retail banking team.
