Job summary

HomeTeam Pest Defense is seeking an Office Manager in Riverside, CA to lead branch operations, including payroll, AP/AR reconciliations, and month-end close. The role requires creating accurate financial reports while maintaining confidentiality and a positive work environment.

You will recruit and develop staff, collaborate with Service Managers, and ensure smooth daily office functions with a focus on exceptional customer service and organizational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred.
• Experience with sales, marketing, and office administration.
• Experience supervising, coaching, and developing staff.
• 3 or more years’ experience in a management role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise payroll data timely and accurately and manage accounts payable/receivable reconciliations.
• Oversee monthly financial close, bank deposits, and maintenance of financial statements.
• Create and update monthly management reports; maintain confidentiality of branch financials and staff data.
• Attract, hire, and develop high-caliber staff; maintain a positive work environment.
• Coordinate with Service Managers and Technicians to ensure productive interdepartmental relations.
