You’ll lead payroll processing, accounts payable/receivable, and monthly close activities, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. A strong background in sales, marketing, and staff supervision is required, with 3+ years in management preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Must have sales, marketing and office administration experience.
• Experience supervising, coaching and developing staff.
• Minimum of 3 years in a management role.

• Performs supervisory functions to manage assigned personnel.
• Oversees branch office activities including payroll, management reports, month end close and deposits.
• Prepare and analyze variances, submit payroll data on time, manage AP/AR and cash receipts.
• Provide data for monthly management reports and maintain confidential branch financials.
• Create a positive work environment and recruit high-caliber staff.
• Maintain daily interactions with service managers, technicians and customers.
