• Manage vault procedures and balancing.

• Recruit, onboard, and train team members.
• Oversee budgeting and expense tracking.
• Develop staff and support performance goals.
• Ensure compliance with security, HR, and policy requirements.
• Conduct trend analysis to optimize branch performance.
• Act as Manager in absence of Branch Manager.
