Job summary

Qualifications

• Scorecard criteria requirements as defined by Branch Operations Governance or applicable external experience.
• Working knowledge of applicable federal regulations governing consumer lending and/or credit cards.
• Familiarity with retail banking industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead branch team to provide members with Navy Federal products and services.
• Monitor cash operations and branch self-auditing to keep assets secure.
• Manage staff for vault opening, closing and balancing procedures.
• Lead recruiting, onboarding, and initial training of team members.
• Analyze reports and conduct trend analysis to optimize performance.
