The role requires at least a high school diploma, 2+ years of sales/customer service experience, and supervisory capability. This is a full-time, non-exempt position based at the Versailles branch.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee branch operations to ensure quality service.
• Promote, sell, cross-sell and refer bank products to customers.
• Open and maintain customer accounts and resolve routine problems.
• Assist customers with loan applications and referrals to departments.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, systems and policies.
• Lead staff, coach in cross-selling and achieve branch goals.
• Support Branch/Regional Manager and act as primary contact when needed.
