Qualifications

• Flexible Monday–Saturday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide enthusiastic, professional, quality service to members and prospective members.
• Process a variety of transactions in person, video, drive-thru, and telephonic channels.
• Maintain control of cash and negotiable instruments.
• Assess deposits for potential fraud and impersonation to mitigate losses.
• Explain products and services to meet members' financial needs.
• Support sales culture and branch standards.
• Open, update, and close accounts; understand RBFCU Membership and Account Agreement.
• Prepare teller reports and assist members as needed.
