Job summary

Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union is seeking a part-time Branch Member Service Representative at the Seton location. You will be the face of RBFCU, handling teller and personal banking tasks while educating members on products that fit their financial goals.

The role requires a high school diploma, 6 months in a similar environment, and a flexible Mon–Sat schedule. Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates earn an extra $2/hr after certification.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Six months of work experience in financial services, customer service or sales preferred.
• Attendance and promptness are essential; able to work a flexible Monday through Saturday schedule.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide enthusiastic, professional service to members and prospects.
• Process transactions in person, via video, drive-thru, or phone.
• Review deposits for fraud and impersonation risk.
• Assist with opening, updating, and closing accounts as needed.
• Support branch standards and team performance through proactive engagement.
