Job summary

Community First in Arlington seeks a Branch Member Service Representative (MSR I) to join our team. As a trusted financial advisor, you will identify opportunities to expand members' relationships and determine products and services that benefit them through a thorough interview process.

You will handle account maintenance, teller transactions, outbound onboarding calls, and strive to meet sales and quality goals while complying with applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• One to three years of related experience, including preparatory experience.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Open new products and services while verifying personal identification.
• Process consumer and business loan applications.
• Perform account maintenance including changes to personal information and joint members.
• Teller transactions as required.
• Interview members to identify suitable products and services and upsell where appropriate.
• Continuously increase knowledge to answer member questions and resolve issues.
• Make outbound calls for onboarding new members and relationship development.
• Meet or exceed sales and quality goals.
• Comply with laws and regulations including BSA, Patriot Act, and OFAC.
