Community First is seeking a Branch Member Service Representative (MSR) in Callahan to foster and expand member relationships. You will identify products and services to benefit members through a thorough interview process and professional guidance.

Responsibilities include engaging with members, handling account maintenance, teller transactions, outbound onboarding calls, and meeting sales and quality goals while complying with banking regulations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of related banking experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Member Engagement: Open new products and verify IDs, process various loan applications.
• Account Maintenance: Update personal information, joint members, and services enrollment.
• Teller Transactions: Perform teller transactions as required.
• Effective Interviews: Interview members to identify suitable products and services.
• Knowledge Development: Continuously increase knowledge to answer member questions.
