Job summary

Community First is seeking a Branch Member Service Representative (MSR I) at the Westside location in Jacksonville, FL. You will engage members, open new products and services, verify identities, and process loan applications to strengthen relationships.

You will handle account maintenance, teller transactions, outbound member outreach, and strive to meet sales and quality goals while complying with Bank Secrecy Act, Patriot Act, and OFAC requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience of 1–3 years in a similar role or preparatory experience.
• High school degree or equivalent required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Member Engagement: Open new products and services while verifying personal identification and processing loan applications.
• Account Maintenance: Update personal information, manage joint memberships, order checks, and assist with Internet Banking enrollment.
• Teller Transactions: Perform teller tasks as needed.
• Effective Interviews: Interview members to determine appropriate products and services.
• Knowledge Development: Continuously improve knowledge to resolve member questions and problems.
• Outbound Calls: Reach out to onboard new members and grow relationships.
• Sales and Quality Goals: Meet or exceed sales and quality targets.
• Compliance: Adhere to laws including BSA, Patriot Act, and OFAC.
