Formación

• Minimum of 1 year of teller or customer service experience.
• Cash handling and sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in typing and working in a Windows-based PC environment.
• Strong organizational and judgement capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Process transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, money orders, and credit card advances with accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform opening and closing duties for the branch as assigned.
• Deliver exceptional service to members through in-person interactions, phone calls, and digital messaging.
• Utilize sales techniques to cross-sell credit union products and services based on member profiles.
• Maintain compliance with policies, including BSA/Compliance logs.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure operational efficiency.
• Provide feedback to supervisors regarding teller line operations and member interactions.
• Promote the credit union's positive image within the community.
