Qualifications

• Excellent member service and communication abilities.
• Ability to open and maintain accounts, process changes, and educate members on services.
• Accurate cash handling, balancing cash drawers, and vault/account reconciliations.
• Proficiency with basic computer skills and ability to learn banking software.

Responsibilities

• Handle establishment of new membership, open all accounts, and process changes in accounts.
• Educate members on available services and make recommendations based on their needs.
• Balance cash drawer and vault, operate drive-thru window as needed.
• Keep daily and monthly records of reports (vault, checks, gift cards, coin sorter).
• Prepare and verify cash deliveries weekly and assist with account problems or errors.
