Job summary

SECU seeks a customer-focused team member to provide exemplary member service across channels in a branch setting. You will greet members, open and update accounts, educate on services, and handle cash with precision.

You will process transactions in the Margo system, balance cash drawers, and support vault and ATM operations while maintaining confidentiality and professional conduct."

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Open new memberships and accounts; process changes in accounts.
• Educate members on services and make recommendations.
• Enter transactions into Margo system; balance cash drawer.
• Balance vault, ATM, TCD, and coin sorter; operate drive-thru as needed.
• Maintain daily/monthly records for reports such as vault and checks.
• Assist members with inquiries and resolve account problems.
• Handle cash deliveries; assist with general clerical duties as needed.
