Job summary

Tower Federal Credit Union is seeking a Branch Member Service Representative I/II in Fort Meade, MD. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• Proven ability to provide direct customer/member service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for all members and service all share and loan requests.
• Process consumer loan applications within loan authority and verify documents.
• Perform monetary transactions and account updates including check orders and updates.
• Sell products and services and meet sales/referral goals.
• Conduct outbound member calls for credit union initiatives.
