Responsibilities

• Open new membership and process changes to accounts.
• Educate members on services and make recommendations based on needs.
• Enter transactions into the Margo system and balance cash drawer.
• Balance the vault, ATM, TCD and coin sorter.
• Operate drive-thru window as needed.
• Keep daily and monthly records for vault control, checks, Visa gift cards, etc.
• Prepare and verify cash deliveries weekly.
• Assist members with account problems and reconciliations.
• Grant advances on existing credit lines with officer approval.
• Answer phones and perform clerical duties.
