Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Provide courteous service and assist members with deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other transactions.
• Process branch transactions accurately and timely; service accounts and related documents.
• Cross-sell Credit Union products and services; refer members to appropriate partners.
• Maintain cash drawer within policy limits and balance daily as required.
• Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, or in-person; ensure timely follow-up.
